Welcome to SolarRun. By using our website, services, or entering into a solar installation agreement with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

SolarRun provides residential and commercial solar energy solutions, including:

Solar panel consultation, design, installation, and maintenance.
Financing options including EMIs, subsidies, and third-party loans.
Post-installation support, warranty, and service packages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the lawful owner/tenant of the property where installation is requested.
You agree to provide accurate information during consultation and financing applications.

3. Quotes & Payments

All price quotes are indicative and subject to site survey, government policy, and financing approval.
Payment terms will be specified in your installation agreement (advance, EMI, or loan-linked).
Delays in payments may result in suspension of work or late payment charges.

4. Financing & Subsidies

Financing schemes (e.g., EMI, zero-cost EMI, loans) are subject to third-party lender approval.
SolarRun facilitates subsidy applications but cannot guarantee government approval or disbursement timelines.

5. Installation & Warranties

SolarRun will carry out installations using certified equipment and trained technicians.
Standard warranties apply as per OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) terms.
SolarRun provides 5 years of free service warranty (unless otherwise stated).
Warranty may be void if the system is tampered with by non-SolarRun personnel.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure SolarRun installation teams have safe access to the site.
Obtain necessary permissions from housing societies/local authorities if applicable.
Use the system responsibly and follow provided maintenance guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

SolarRun is not responsible for power generation variations caused by weather, grid issues, or force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.).
Liability is limited to the value of the contract for the specific installation/service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SolarRun's website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of SolarRun and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the installation agreement for breach of terms.
Upon termination, the customer is liable to pay for services rendered and equipment supplied.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Updates to Terms

SolarRun may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
